At the moment we accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
We ship across the UAE. Unless specified, domestic shipping is AED30.00.
Our return/exchange policy extends to 5 days only. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer
you an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for exchange, that is within the 5 day mark, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you
received it i.e with the tags on and returned in the original packaging.
What to do when Returning purchases
If you would like to return your purchase please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We would appreciate
it if you would please mention in your email the reason for return and the new item you would like in exchange.
To return your item, please send it via courier with original tags to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unfortunately at this time shipping costs
are non-refundable.( We are working to change this!)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item,
and if the items are all in good shape, will exchange and send you your new items!

No Refunds Policy
Please note we do not offer cash refunds on returned items. We can however offer you credit to be used for a purchase
at a later date (within 3 months). Alternatively, you are welcome to exchange your purchase for another item.
